How To Submit a Listing

 Listings are for the general use of UCSD students, staff, and faculty who are looking for a full vacancy, roommate, or room rental. Your listing is posted the next business day once it is submitted online. Please choose from one of the following rental options.

If you are a UCSD Student

Room Rental With Students
You, the person placing the listing, and any other tenants residing in the unit are UCSD students who have a room in your home, apartment or condo that you would like to rent to another UCSD student.

Available Roommate
You are looking for a place to live with other students.

 If you are a landlord

Room Rental With Non-Students
You, the person placing the listing, are a member of the San Diego Community and/or an alumni who wants to rent a room in your apartment, home or condo.

Full Vacancy
Full Vacancy - You have a vacant home, apartment, or condo that you would like to rent to UCSD student, staff, and faculty member.

Sabbatical

Sabbatical - You have a fully furnished home, apartment, or condo that you would like to rent to UCSD student, staff, and faculty .

Work Exchange
You would like to offer a room in exchange for work such as babysitting, yard work, computer work etc to UCSD affiliates.

To edit, remove or renew a listing :
Listings are posted for thirty days on our website. To make any changes or to renew your listing, please contact our office. If you have rented out your unit within the thirty days, please call our office to have your listing removed. . More....

The Commuter Student Services Office is now offering a message board to UCSD students to express their concerns or opinions about off campus housing. The content is for the use of UCSD students only and does not reflect the opinion of the Commuter Student Services Office or the UC Regents. If any complaint or claim has been made against a landlord, it is the policy of the office to not investigate into the situation. The comments posted represent the opinions of students.
